Phil Hanchet
CTO and Founder
I set up OTG two years ago to provide seasoned developers with an environment in which they have all the tools, resources and structured processes that they need to do a world-class job. We have dispensed with the usual layers of Directors and Project Managers to leave an extremely lean core of skilled and capable guys numbering more than fifty. This approach has allowed us to be ultra-competitive on price without cutting corners on quality - everyone in OTG is hands-on, and the company culture is focused on quality.
I have been working in systems development for eighteen years post Computer Science degree with the last ten invested in new businesses in California and the UK as well as taking senior positions at Addison Corporate Marketing, Reading Room and Lastminute.com. My technical skills areas are Java and Web system development, and more recently Private Cloud Computing.
Having set up OTG's infrastructure and process, my role in the company is increasingly client-facing - dealing with new projects and how to partner with businesses to save them from the technical headaches and allow them to concentrate on what they do best.

Andrew Allan
Division Head, Commercial CMS
For the past two years I have been heavily involved in the production of Legal & General's pre-rebrand and re-branded suite of websites, and my work specifying and producing the entire initial Percussion CM System (Rhythmyx) build for the new L&G suite of sites (www.legalandgeneral.com) has been a source of great satisfaction and pride for me. That pride in my work is something I covet, and it's why I am so excited to be Head of CMS with OTG, where I know the people involved will settle for nothing less than complete customer delight in the work we deliver.
We have proven at OTG that complex builds, for example integrating de-coupled CMS solutions with search engines and dynamic front-end functionality, can be delivered consistently on time and to budget - as long as the people involved are experienced enough to be able to see the big picture. And such is the quality of our developer network that many organisations simply use us to provide their technical resource because they know our work will invariably be delivered to a high standard when they expect it.
Prior to my work with L&G I have been involved in successful CMS implementations for GPhC, Tate Britain, Norton Rose, Land Securities, Dogs Trust and The Bank of England. There is no part of a build in which I don't have interest or experience - from database design and implementation (I love database diagrams!) to seamless user experience.

Oliver Wood
Division Head, Open Source CMS
I am one of OTG's well-seasoned consultant developers and have recently worked on web projects for the RAF, National Express, the newly-formed General Pharmaceutical Council, Norton Rose LLP and Which? Online. Previously I was a web content management team manager at the Bank of England, technical director at I-resign.com and a put-upon junior developer at two 20th Century web agencies and have several Percussion implementations under my belt.
Within OTG, I have been instrumental in engendering a simple-yet-effective infrastructure that keeps project inertia to a minimum, allowing developers to adapt rapidly to changing requirements, and have lead in the adoption of techniques such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban boards.

Greg Loops
Division Head, Financial Trading Systems
Greg is a Software Developer with more than twenty years experience in the Financial Industry. For the past twelve years he has run Riverrun Systems Ltd., a financial trading software company and ISV whose Java-based trading system enables clients to trade profitably on the German, Dutch and Swedish derivatives exchanges.
Riverrun and OTG are joining forces to be able to offer his in-depth trading system skills combined with our scalable architecture.

Tom Jordan
Division Head, UX/.NET
Tom is an experienced and motivated technologist, possessing strong management and strategic experience recruiting and developing diverse technical teams both on and offshore. Experienced in the evaluation and implementation of enterprise level CMS, including Interwoven Teamsite, Microsoft Sharepoint and Umbraco. He has a rounded understanding of the entire online project lifecycle, directing and contributing to every stage of the process from pitch, concept and implementation through to post launch activity and beyond.

Mark Moxon
Developer, Percussion CMS
Mark is a highly proficient Web Developer with over 12 years experience of producing high-quality websites for large companies, including over seven years experience of managing large Percussion CM System installations (formerly known as Rhythmyx). He has demonstrable skills in all aspects of website creation, including enterprise-level content management systems, creation of web content, web development and management of large web projects.
